In the United Kingdom and Ireland, our offices are open 7 days a week allowing you to log technician visits as soon as the need arises.Customer service hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm Saturdays and 10am to 5pm Sundays. Technician cover is available 7 days a week in line with SLA agreements.
Cummins Allison products are designed to provide maximum productivity with minimal care requirements. However, all machines need regular upkeep and maintenance. Parts that move need periodic cleaning, lubrication and adjustment for optimal performance and long life. Our Preventative Maintenance Agreement (PMA) reduces operating costs by extending the productive life and increasing the reliability of these products.
PMA refers to regular, routine maintenance to help keep equipment up and running, preventing any unplanned downtime and expensive costs from unanticipated failures.
Your covered equipment is inspected and serviced on your premises and includes partial disassembly; vacuuming, wiping and cleaning; plus lubrication and adjustments to factory specifications. Parts are replaced when needed to prevent possible breakdowns.Your machines are thoroughly tested to assure optimum working order.
PMAs include all parts, labour, emergency service, preventative maintenance inspections, and upgrades to existing software during the term of the maintenance agreement. Standard terms are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
